Die Genossenschaft bezweckt auf dem Gemeindegebiet von Vals in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe für sämtliche Mitglieder und weitere Abnehmer sowie Kooperationspartner die Förderung von erneuerbaren Energien durch Erstellung und Betrieb von Photovoltaikanlagen (Solarstromanlagen) zur Erzeugung von Elektrizität, die in das öffentliche Netz eingespiesen wird, soweit dies wirtschaftlich tragbar, technisch möglich und ökologisch sinnvoll ist.
