Der Verein will junge Menschen mit Startschwierigkeiten, mit psychischen und/oder sozialen Problemen auf ihrem Weg ins Erwachsenenleben unterstützen; diesem Zwecke dient das Atelier A, welches Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten, Nachbetreuung, Unterstützung und Hilfe bietet. Darüber hinaus hat der Verein die Trägerschaft der Stadtrandschulen Schaffhausen inne.
