Die Stiftung bezweckt die direkte Unterstützung cerebral Gelähmter und ähnlich körperlich Behinderter sowie die Unterstützung von Organisationen für cerebral Gelähmte in Basel-Stadt und in der übrigen Schweiz durch Leistung finanzieller Beiträge. Die direkte Unterstützung cerebral Gelähmter ist insbesondere auch in Notlagen möglich, aber auch etwa zur Verbesserung behindertengerechten Wohnens mit Einschluss baulicher Massnahmen.
