Das ILZ: a. erbringt für die Verwaltungen der Vereinbarungskantone Informatikdienstleistungen; b. kann für die Gemeinden und öffentlich-rechtlichen Körperschaften der Vereinbarungskantone Informatikdienstleistungen erbringen; c. kann Aufträge für Dritte ausführen, soweit dadurch die Aufgabenerfüllung zu Gunsten der Vereinbarungskantone nicht beeinträchtigt wird und mindestens die Vollkosten gedeckt sind. Die Vereinbarung über das Informatikleistungszentrum der Kantone Obwalden und Nidwalden wurde mit Nachtrag vom 04.07.2006 geändert....
