Der Verein bezweckt vor allem die Förderung der sprachlichen, sozialen und beruflichen Kompetenz von Migrantinnen und Migranten mit dem Ziel, Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit zu stärken und dadurch Grundlage für eine gesellschaftliche Integration zu schaffen. Er unterstützt den Austausch zwischen den Kulturen und fördert durch seine Aktivitäten auch die Integrationsbereitschaft der Schweizer Bevölkerung. Er betreibt dazu ein Kurs- und Begegnungszentrum.
