Die Stiftung bezweckt die Unterstützung der Nachkommen von Herrn Edouard Constant Sandoz (1853-1928) als Destinatäre in besonderen Lebenslagen im Rahmen von Art. 335 ZGB. Die Stiftung kann insbesondere Studien, Forschungsarbeiten, besondere Projekte und Praktikas von Destinatären unterstützen. Sie kann den Destinatären eine Starthilfe zur Einrichtung in ihrem Beruf und eine Aussteuer im Falle ihrer Verheiratung leisten. Überdies kann sie Leistungen zur Linderung von gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen im Falle von Krankheit, Unfällen, Altersschwäche etc. erbringen und in diesem Zusammenhang anfallende Behandlungs- und andere Kosten tragen....
