Der Zweck der Stiftung ist im Sinne des Stifters Dr. Otto Lusser die Unterstützung von bedürftigen Urnern und Urnerinnen aus dem Ertrag des Stiftungsvermögens von Fr. 1'000'000.00. Falls auf dem Kapitalmarkt keine oder lediglich geringe Renditen erzielt werden können, ist die Stiftung berechtigt, Zuwendungen auch aus dem Kapital der Stiftung vorzunehmen. Die Zuwendungen aus dem Kapital dürfen jedoch maximal Fr. 10'000.00 für Organisationen und Fr. 50'000.00 für infrastrukturelle Vorhaben pro Jahr betragen....
