Die Stiftung gewährt soziale Beratung von Gehörlosen und deren Angehörigen und Aufnahme, Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege von Gehörlosen männlichen und weiblichen Geschlechts aller Konfessionen bis zu ihrem Tod im Wohn-, Alters- und Pflegeheim Haus Vorderdorf. Das Heim nimmt auch schwerhörige und hörende Bewohner- und Bewohnerinnen auf, sofern dafür ausreichend Platz vorhanden ist. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
