Die Anlage dient in erster Linie im Sinne der Gebirgshilfe den Bewohnern dieser weit entlegenen Liegenschaften und soll im weiteren auch dem Touristen und Sportfreudigen nutzbar sein. Ein Gewinn ist nicht beabsichtigt. Die Genossenschaft hat nur gemeinnützigen Charakter.
